Are we able to choose indoor dining or outdoor al fresco seating?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you may, but subject to availability as there are sitting capacity limits for each area. We have published two different booking links for each respective area. Do purchase your tickets according to your preference for indoor or outdoor seating as we are unable to make any changes thereafter.

Question 2

May we request to sit together with friends?

Accepted Answer

If you would like to sit together as a group at the same table, do purchase your tickets together (up to 10 persons per table) under the same reservation, to facilitate assignment of tables accordingly. Seating will be allocated by our restaurant according to group size and available space.

CanI get a refund if I am unable to attend this dinner event?

Tickets sold are strictly non-refundable but are transferable to other guests  at your own discretion.

Question 5

If I'm running late, would you wait for my arrival before the meal is served?

Accepted Answer

Do plan to arrive early - check-in opens from 7:00pm. Guests are kindly requested to be seated by 7:15pm as dinner service commences at 7:30pm sharp. As courses are served simultaneously, we regret that service cannot be delayed for individual tables in the event of late arrivals.

Are pets allowed?

Accepted Answer

As per SFA regulations, pets accompanying guests are allowed only at our outdoor refreshment area/ al fresco dining area. Unfortunately, we are not permitted to serve your pets any food/ beverages. Only guide dogs accompanying their owners are permitted indoors.
