Sign up securely at our stores to be part of the Jo Malone London Community to receive updates from us in order to receive a gift.
Please show your email confirmation from Eventbrite along with your ID for verification purposes.
The last 4 alphanumeric digit of your ID will be collected solely for identity verification purposes.
Each guest may receive up to a maximum of one (1) gift.
Jo Malone London may forgo the service and withdraw the gift should a guest be found impersonating another person in order to redeem more than one (1) service and/or gift.
The service and gift are complimentary and may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium or otherwise (whether by online auction sites or otherwise) or be used for or in connection with advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original admission holder or any subsequent bearer.
Traveling to or from the collection point is the sole responsibility of the attendees and reimbursements will not be given.
Discovery kits are not exchangeable and not refundable.
The gift is subjected to availability and will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Jo Malone London may add, withdraw or modify the T&Cs listed due to unforeseen circumstances without issuing a separate notification.
Jo Malone London may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the dissemination of the gift due to dangerous situations or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
Jo Malone London reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions herein at any point of time without issuing a separate notification.
