• Sign up securely at our stores to be part of the Jo Malone London Community to receive updates from us in order to receive a gift.
• Please show your email confirmation from Eventbrite along with your ID for verification purposes.
• The last 4 alphanumeric digit of your ID will be collected solely for identity verification purposes.
• Each guest may receive up to a maximum of one (1) gift.
• Jo Malone London may forgo the service and withdraw the gift should a guest be found impersonating another person in order to redeem more than one (1) service and/or gift.
• The service and gift are complimentary and may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium or otherwise (whether by online auction sites or otherwise) or be used for or in connection with advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original admission holder or any subsequent bearer.
• Traveling to or from the collection point is the sole responsibility of the attendees and reimbursements will not be given.
• Discovery kits are not exchangeable and not refundable.
