What do I need?

A stable wifi connection, a device with a working camera and microphone. Cameras will be requested to be switched on most of the time. Microphones will be switched off most of the time, except at the end of the session. Comfortable clothes and a quiet conducive space to be in will be helpful to you.

Why do you need us to switch on the device camera most of the time?

So that our Community Wellbeing Facilitators may observe you, as you practice, and potentially move with your flow.

I have never done mindfulness or meditation before. Can I still join?

Yes, this is a good introduction practice space.

Is it religious?

It is secular, non-religious.
