Will it still carry on, even if it is wet weather?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The venue might change, to suit the weather, and to provide a safe and conducive space for us to reflect, recharge and rejuvenate in. Look out for the email with updates for the session.

Question 2

What do we need to bring for the session?

Accepted Answer

An open heart & an open mind; a water bottle (recommended 1 litre) to keep yourself hydrated; a yoga mat/towel to sit and lie on; raingear (a jacket or umbrella) to keep dry, in case of wet weather; light/comfortable clothing to move and be in.

Will it be outdoors?

Accepted Answer

As much as possible, we will try to. There are many benefits of being in the outdoors, that we can reap, especially in sunny Singapore.

Is there an agenda planned?

Accepted Answer

Not entirely. There is a big picture, based on the intention of the session. The rest of the session goes with the flow, of what might feel needed in the moment.
