Thank you for your support! Qixi Fest (七夕乞巧嘉年华) is an arts and heritage festival that aims to revive and reimagine the beautiful Qixi Festival that our foremothers had brought to Singapore since the 19th century. It is said to be once grander than Chinese New Year but has disappeared for over half a century. Our inaugural edition of Qixi Fest in 2023 attracted close to 40,000 visitors, and was featured widely on various prominent local and international media. Building on our track record, Qixi Fest 2024 is slated to attract over 100,000 attendees with our specially curated programmes featuring Cultural Medallions, chess prodigy, the release of Singapore's very own Qixi festival pastry, and more!
