Is the tour suitable for children?

Yes! The tour is family-friendly and suitable for children aged 3 and above. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the site accessible by public transport?

Yes, the nearest MRT station is Tuas West Road. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to our facility at 15 Tuas Ave 18A, Singapore 638863. Taxis and ride-hailing options are also available.

Will there be parking available?

Yes, there are paid public parking lots available just outside our facility.

What should I wear?

Please wear covered shoes and long pants for your safety and comfort. Avoid sandals or open-toed footwear as this is a working farm environment.

Is the facility wheelchair accessible?

Most areas are flat and sheltered, making it convenient for visitors with mobility needs. If you require additional support, feel free to let us know in advance.

Will there be live insects?

Yes! You’ll get a chance to observe and interact (if comfortable) with live Black Soldier Fly larvae, pupae, and adult flies as part of the learning experience

Can I take photos or videos during the tour?

Yes, you're welcome to take photos and videos during the tour — but please avoid capturing our machinery and equipment. Tag us @ento.industries on Instagram if you share!

Is the tour conducted in English?

Yes, the default language is English. For group bookings or private tours, we can also conduct the tour in Mandarin or bilingual (Eng/Chi) upon request.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Our facility is mostly sheltered, so tours will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise advised.
