Are you sick of office politics?

Do you find it hard to work well with colleagues, managers, and bosses?

Do you find that you are mostly misunderstood at work?

You may find that not knowing how to influence and work with difficult people has caused you to develop burnouts and fatigue.

You may find that you are not performing your best at work, simply because you have no idea to manage your colleagues, what your clients are like, and how you can go about building rapport with others!

And if this continues, you may find that you either

  1. ...fail in your career many times, OR
  2. ...go from job to job just so that you can find the right place to fit in, OR
  3. ...fail as a leader who does not know how to manage your team.

You get exhausted, stressed out at work, and then give up the entire rat-race just to settle for less in your career.

I am sure by now, you do not want this to happen just because you have little clue as to how to manage difficult clients, bosses, or colleagues.

You have probably imagined yourself being part of a work team that understands you, and a work culture that embraces diversity of personalities. Until that happens, you are probably stuck in your job that you do not like.

Maybe you love your job, but not the people around you. But…

What if I tell you that you can improve the way you handle difficult people by playing with LEGO® bricks?

I'm not kidding!

Based on research, the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology is an innovative process designed to enhance team communication and boost your work performance.

Disclaimer: This workshop is inspired by LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) and only uses Lego as a tool for participants to understand their Enneagram Personality Type.

Combined with the power of the Enneagram, we aim to help you deepen your insights on your personality style so you can perform better as a professional and understand others in your team so as to be an effective team player.

The Enneagram of Personality is a dynamic personality assessment tool that dwelves into the core motivations and issues of a person in his everyday life, be it at work or in his personal space.

For example, some profiles are motivated by success, some by relationships, some by knowledge, and up to 9 core motivations. Knowing what motivates yourself and others is a powerful way to influence colleagues, bosses and clients. This can also be used to grow staff personally and professionally.

Learning the Enneagram opens your eyes to a whole new perspective on how you perceive others. This will transform the way you work with others as a result of gaining new insights about yourself and the people around you.

You will better understand a few things after the workshop:

- Who you really are.

- How to tell the Enneagram type of other individuals.

- How to work with different Enneagram personality types.

- How to build better relationships with your team or superiors.

- How to be a better teamplayer.

The Enneagram of Personality is a value-added component into this LEGO Serious Play workshop series to enhance the self-awareness of individuals, and also aims to encourage every participants to embrace diversity within any group they belong to.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a method for the facilitation of dialogue and constructive communication within groups of people known or related to each other. It is based on the belief that everyone can contribute to the discussion, the decisions and the outcome.
