About this event
Blending Forest Bathing, Sound Healing & the Four elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air), this journey is going to be a sensory and healing experience. Maybe you will pick up something new about yourself, or maybe you will find joy in being alone and gain a new perspective. All these can only be found through experiences.
In an overview, Forest bathing is about slowing down, being fully present, tuning into your 5 senses - it is mindfulness in nature. While sound healing raises your awareness and vibrations, allowing your body to immerse in the different sound frequencies created by nature or the healing instruments. It is an opportunity to connect with self, nature, and others.
After the session you may notice:
- refreshed energy
- mental clarity / inner peace
- feelings of gratitude and wonder
- heighten intuition and flow of ideas
The benefits of forest bathing are:
- increased of happy hormones & natural killer cells
- reduced blood pressure and anxiety
- improved respiratory system
- overall wellness and more
Do come with an open mind, and allow the nature to work its magic. You may have a different takeaway from others, and that's okay; there is no judgements, no comparison. We shall be kind and respectful towards one another.
A little info about your guide:
Adelynn is the founder of Soul Happy People, a trained multi-instrument sound practitioner, her passion is in creating meaningful experiences. While she explore and practice what she learned, she had this calling of combining Forest Bathing & Sound healing.
After her training in Shinrin Yoku, she started hosting sound healing sessions in gardens & parks, and the feedbacks were amazing. Now her goal is to bring forth more healing experiences in nature, it is the best 'self-care' you can gift to yourself.

So, take this time to connect with your-self in nature, it is a great way to recalibrate and recharge.
Few things to note:
1. Meet up point is at the entrance above Botanic Garden MRT (opposite Cluny Court). Bring your own mat, drinking water, insect repellent, poncho/raincoat/umbrella incase of rain. Do wear comfortable clothing, long pants/leggings, walking shoes. Bring along a journal & pen, and some snacks if you feel hungry along the way.
2. If you couldn't make it on that day, you may transfer the ticket to a friend.
3. We will check the weather 1.5 hours before. If the weather condition is unsafe to conduct the activity, the event will be cancelled/postponed. We will inform you an hour before the meeting time.
4. Min 4 to proceed, if less, the event will be cancelled.
