This session will feel like a dream. No prior experience in meditation is required.

The current context has compelled me to rethink how I share this practice of deep relaxation. By registering, you can participate to this online session or free.

The audio will be sent to you by email shortly before the start of the session. I invite you to dedicate 30 minutes for yourself at that time. You will listen to the meditation on your own, however there is a strong positive energy when a group of people listen to it at the same time.

Alternatively, you will be able to listen to it at a different time, the moment of your choice if you prefer.
