In a more recent role; since 2009, he is focusing on developing and conducting training courses and programs, on personal & team development. This is brought to the public by a company he founded called: Building Passion Academy. His courses have been conducted in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Germany and Switzerland.
