In the month of May, I would love to invite you to a special restorative drum circle for women only.

In this 90mins session, you will learn the 5 sounds of love, 5 empowering healing sounds of Gaia, healing rhythms, shadow drumming and more.

You will have the opportunity to play different drums and other instruments. As your facilitator, I hold a safe space for you to express, to sing & drum with no judgement, it's not about sounding nice or being perfect, this experience allows you to discover something new about yourself, deepens your awareness and liberate joy. 

Come with an open mind, be kind, and respectful. I look forward to go on this soul happy journey with you :)

Who is this for?

This drum circle is suitable for women wanting to play in a group setting, to learn about sound medicine or looking to distress. No prior experience required.

You may bring your own shamanic drum if you have, it is optional. Everything will be provided.

Time: 4pm-6pm (please arrive 15mins earlier, there will be no entry after 410pm)

Refreshments (consists of tea and organic vegetable stew) will be provided after the session. It is suitable for vegetarian.
