Private Therapy for Students Facing Academic Pressure

Is school leaving you overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained? You’re not alone.

This 10-session private therapy course is designed to help students of all ages manage academic stress, overcome performance pressure, and rebuild a healthier relationship with learning. Whether you’re facing exams, struggling with focus, or feeling burnt out, this course offers 1:1 support in a calm and judgment-free space.

You’ll learn how to develop healthier study habits, manage anxiety, and stay emotionally steady — without sacrificing your well-being. Sessions can be held in person at Wooden House Bangkok or online via Zoom/Google Meet, depending on your needs and location.

After registration, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your schedule. Sessions are available Monday–Saturday during daytime hours.

Yes. While we don’t tutor subjects, we help you build emotional resilience, improve focus, and establish effective study habits.

Can parents attend with the student?

These are private one-on-one sessions, but in certain cases we can arrange brief check-ins with parents after prior discussion.

Will this therapy help with school refusal or dropout risk?

Yes. The course addresses underlying anxiety or lack of motivation that may cause avoidance, and helps the student reconnect with learning.

Can I schedule sessions during school holidays or weekends?

Absolutely. We offer flexible scheduling based on your availability after booking.

Can this be done online?

Yes. If in-person sessions aren’t convenient, the full course can be done online via Zoom or Google Meet. Please let us know during consultation so we can adjust the format.
