About this Event

Indeed, due to the rapid progression of technological development, competition among businesses is becoming more intense than ever. Having a digital transformation strategy is therefore becoming a need for businesses to stay competitive today. Design Thinking, a methodology for solving complex problems in a highly human centered way is deemed as the key to propel digital transformation with its emphasis on enhancing customer experience through an agile approach.

What are the challenges companies face in executing digital transformation to keep up with the ever-changing market? How does Design Thinking come into play to create an optimal experience for customers? How can we avoid errors in our business decision-making through the application of Design Thinking principles?
