Most yoga classes are built around fitness or flexibility. This one is built around you — specifically, the tension, stiffness, and aches that accumulate from modern life.

Ache-Relief Yoga is targeted, slow, and deeply intentional. Each class focuses on a specific area of the body, using held poses, conscious breathwork, and purposeful alignment to release what's been building up — whether that's a locked neck from screen time, tight hips from sitting, or a heavy lower back from stress.

Four class types, rotating across the week:

  • Neck, Shoulder & Upper Back — for the tension you carry without realising
  • Lower Back & Hip — for the tightness that follows you everywhere
  • Full Body Deep Stretch — head-to-toe release in one session
  • Yin Yoga — 3 to 5 minute holds per pose for maximum depth and stillness

Practised outdoors under the shade of Singapore's Botanic Gardens — one of the most restorative environments the city has to offer.

Monday

  • 8:15 – 9:15 — Neck, Shoulder & Upper Back
  • 9:35 – 10:35 — Lower Back & Hip
  • 13:00 – 14:00 — Full Body Deep Stretch
  • 14:20 – 15:20 — Yin Yoga (3 to 5 min hold/pose)

Tuesday

  • 8:15 – 9:15 — Yin Yoga (3 to 5 min hold/pose)
  • 9:35 – 10:35 — Neck, Shoulder & Upper Back
  • 13:00 – 14:00 — Lower Back & Hip
  • 14:20 – 15:20 — Full Body Deep Stretch

Wednesday

  • 8:15 – 9:15 — Lower Back & Hip
  • 9:35 – 10:35 — Yin Yoga (3 to 5 min hold/pose)
  • 13:00 – 14:00 — Neck, Shoulder & Upper Back
  • 14:20 – 15:20 — Lower Back & Hip

Thursday

  • 13:00 – 14:00 — Yin Yoga (3 to 5 min hold/pose)
  • 14:20 – 15:20 — Neck, Shoulder & Upper Back
    (No morning classes)

Friday

  • 8:15 – 9:15 — Full Body Deep Stretch
  • 9:35 – 10:35 — Neck, Shoulder & Upper Back
  • 13:00 – 14:00 — Lower Back & Hip
  • 14:20 – 15:20 — Yin Yoga (3 to 5 min hold/pose)

Practical details:

  • $13/class (PayNow to 9008 9027, indidcate in PayNow Comments: [WhatsApp No.], [Date & Time of Class]) or $14.73/class thru the eventbrite platform — includes 1 disposable ground sheet
  • Meet at Botanic Gardens MRT, Exit A, street level
  • We depart 10 minutes before class — please arrive early
  • Bring your own mat, towel, and water
  • No minimum commitment — come for one, or join regularly
