"Achieving Functional Longevity” explores how we can extend not just our years, but the quality of those years. This session highlights practical strategies across exercise - including cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, and balance - as well as nutrition, sleep, and stress management. Together, these elements form a holistic blueprint for maintaining vitality, independence, and resilience as we age.

Coach Robin Chee, founder of Electrum Fitness, is a certified calisthenics and kettlebell trainer who turned decades of scoliosis pain into a journey of strength and recovery. At 62, he leads a non-profit fitness community for all ages, inspiring others to build mobility and resilience through safe, scalable exercise. A former national ballroom dance representative, Robin brings precision and passion to every workout, emphasizing quality over quantity in lifelong fitness.
