Active Consciousness Meditation — also known as Ananda Mandala — is a powerful, transformational practice that helps you clear blockages, recharge & awaken your inner bliss.
In Sanskrit, Ananda means “bliss,” while Mandala means “circle,” a symbol of unity, completeness & eternity.
Using ancient techniques, guided breathing & focused awareness on the body’s seven energy centers (chakras), you will:

✨ Open & balance your energy flow
✨ Break down blockages to help you receive physical, mental, emotional & spiritual well-being

Angeline is someone who truly lives her practice. With 300HR Meditation Teacher Training, 200HR Yoga Teacher Training, Reiki Level 1 & 2, and Ontological Coaching, she brings embodied experience into every circle she guides.

For those who wish, she lovingly offers one-to-one coaching or energy support afterwards, to provide comfort and a safe space to process and integrate the experience more deeply.
