Welcome to our online event ADHD Burnout: Meltdowns, Crash Outs and Quelling the Fire.

Do you ever feel deeply exhausted, even when you’re not doing all that much? Do your high standards or big emotional reactions leave you feeling more worn down than accomplished? What if this isn’t just stress but a quieter kind of burnout shaped by the ADHD brain’s wiring? And what if healing starts not with doing more, but with compassion, boundaries, and the courage to slow down?

Join our Webinar:

  • Explore how ADHD traits like perfectionism, rejection sensitivity, and emotional intensity contribute to burnout
  • Understand the emotional and neurological roots of chronic stress
  • Learn practical tools for self-compassion, boundary-setting, and shame recovery
  • A research-based, story-rich session: powerful, and full of hope
