When will 'AFA CSF 2025' tickets go on sale?

General Admission Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday 2 July 2025, at 10am (SGT) online.

What are the ticketing charges for the tickets?

Accepted Answer

Eventbrite charges a booking fee of $2.02 per single-day ticket and $2.78 per 2-day bundle to facilitate the processing of your ticket/item order and to cover any administrative costs associated with each ticket sale.

What sort of ticketing plan is being used for 'AFA CSF 2025'?

Accepted Answer

Online and on-site ticket sales are available. ALL online prices stated in the above chart are subject to Eventbrite booking fees.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Please note that no refunds will be entertained under any circumstances. Once the transaction is completed successfully, no refunds, cancellations or exchanges will be entertained. Please ensure that the number of tickets you wish to purchase is correct before making payment.

Tickets are not transferable and may not be resold, nor redistributed or used for any commercial or marketing event, activity, promotion or purpose without the prior written consent of SOZO and the ticketing agent. All rights reserved to cancel any Tickets that have been transferred, resold or redis

What are my ticket options for the event?

Accepted Answer

There will only be e-tickets available. The e-tickets can be retrieved in your Eventbrite account after the purchase has been completed successfully. You will get one e-ticket for each day. Please note that you still need to redeem a wristband for actual admission into the venue grounds.

How can I buy 'AFA CSF 2025' General Admission tickets before the event?

Visit https://sozolive.asia/csf25 to purchase tickets online.
If you do not have an eventbrite account, an account will be created for you during the checkout process.
VISA and Mastercard debit and credit cards are accepted for online payment.

We accept several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. We accept VISA and MasterCard via online and PayNow, cash and credit cards onsite.

The following delivery options are available:
- E-tickets are free of charge with Immediate delivery of your tickets to your Eventbrite account and your email address.
- Please note that you will need to redeem wristbands with your tickets to enter the event.

Question 13

What is the period of time in which I must complete the transaction?

Accepted Answer

Each transaction is limited to a maximum of 20 minutes, during which your tickets will be held for you to complete the transaction. Please complete your entire transaction, including payment, during this period of time.

Do I have to register an account on eventbrite site to purchase the tickets?

Accepted Answer

Yes, If you don’t have an eventbrite account, you would be required to create an account during checkout.

Question 15

Is there any deadline for purchasing 'AFA CSF 2025' ticket(s) before the event?

Accepted Answer

Online ticket sales will continue till 1 hour before event ends for each day. Ticket sales will be available onsite as well, subjected to availability.

Question 16

I'm an overseas visitor, Can I collect my tickets during the event day at the event venue?

Accepted Answer

Yes, your e-tickets will be sent to you via your email and inside your Eventbrite account. You would be required to redeem your wristband at the venue with the e-tickets provided to you by Eventbrite.

Question 17

How do I enter the event with my tickets?

Accepted Answer

You will need to redeem a wristband for admission with your ticket. With the wristband, you can enter the exhibition area. Please note that wristbands are colour-coded by day and tier.

Question 18

Where will the collection point for my wristbands at the venue be, and what are the opening hours?

Accepted Answer

The collection point will be located in Suntec Convention Centre, outside hall 404. Counters are open on Saturday, 2 August and Sunday, 3 August from 8:30AM onwards.
On-site ticket sales are also available at the same location at 10 am onwards.

Do I need to show anything to redeem the wristbands?

Accepted Answer

You will need to present your ticket(s) at the collection area, in either a digital or physical printout. One QR code is equivalent to one redemption. Once redeemed, the ticket will be made invalid. Please take full responsibility of your Ticket Purchase Confirmation e-mail.

Will there be any on-site ticket sales for 'AFA CSF 2025' ticket(s) on the day itself?

Accepted Answer

On-site sales* are available at the physical ticketing counter and online via Eventbrite. You can purchase tickets on-site as long as they have not sold out. ALL tickets sold during event days are also subject to relevant fees.
*Referring to tickets bought on 2 August & 3 August 2025.

Am I allowed to take pictures or record videos during the event?

Accepted Answer

AFA Creator Super Fest 2025 is a photography-friendly event; however, you are expected to be respectful of your peers and refrain from inappropriate conduct.

Organiser reserves the right to prohibit the use of all recording devices, inclusive of sound and visuals, within the designated area.

Question 22

What will happen to offenders of rules and regulations?

Accepted Answer

Offenders will be warned, and repeat offenders will be removed from the designated area. For serious offences, we reserve the right to contact the Singapore Police Force to handle the offender.

Question 23

Can I bring my toddler or child to the event?

Accepted Answer

Children below 90CM in height can enter for free if accompanied by one paying adult.

Walkways may be very congested during peak Exhibition hours, so we recommend that you exercise your own judgment if you wish to bring in a buggy for your child.
