Mount Alvernia Hospital is the first private Catholic-based not-for-profit acute care tertiary hospital. Our doctors from every medical specialty work together to care for patients, joined by common system and shared philosophy to "serve all with love."Established in 1961, the 303 -bedded hospitalis supported by more than 1,200 specialistscovering about 28 specialties, with about 180 specialists locating their clinics within the hospital.Through our outreach medical clinic, we serve over 70 communities in Singapore.

Aging is a natural part of life and can be a life changing experience for many. You want to be functionally capable and full of life. In fact, this is probably your best time to do the things you've always wanted to do but did not have the time because of work commitments and looking after your children. It is thus important to maintain your personal well-being – to live mindfully, eat wisely and take control of your health.
Join us on 6 October 2018 to learn more about health issues relating to ageing, be more aware of how your body changes and you can take care to age successfully and live happy. 
The talks are in both English and Mandarin.

By MRT: Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI) is a 3 mins walk from Paya Lebar MRT, accessible via the East-West Line (EW8) and Circle Line (CC9).
