Why This Why Now?
Singapore is moving quickly into a super-aged society. Beyond policies and programmes, we need youth who care and who build. This event gathers a tribe of energetic young people, community leaders, and creators to map real problems seniors face and spark ideas we’ll take forward into UNLEASH Hack Singapore 2025 (see more details below).
What to expect
1) Lightning Panel:
Hear candid perspectives from healthcare, community, finance, and strategy voices on what really moves the needle for seniors across topics such as social prescribing, care in community, financial inclusion, digital literacy, dementia, and more.

2) Facilitated Roundtables (hands-on):
Jump into small group discussions led by facilitators to learn from each other and share reflections.
3) Networking and dinner
Who should attend?
- Anyone curious about ageing, longevity, health, design/tech, community or policy (esp. students & young professionals).
- Entrepreneurs & builders who want to turn ideas into real projects.
- Caregivers, healthcare/social service folks, residents, and creators/communicators who see gaps and want to help.

UNLEASH Hack is a 48-hour sprint-style workshop where where diverse teams frame problems, ideate solutions to address local challenges. This year we’re focusing on Preparing for an Ageing Singapore. This year UNLEASH Hack will be held on 8th and 9th November 2025.
