Agape Methodist Church Services Registration

Registration for Sunday services is on a first-come-first-registered basis.

Sunday Service - Vaccination / PET (Pre-Event Test) requirement

All persons who attends Sunday services at Agape Methodist Church needs to be fully vaccinated or have obtained a PET negative test result 24 hours prior to the Sunday service.

Exemptions are for children under 12 years old, or for persons with MOH discharged memo as proof of recovery from Covid within the stated discharge date in memo.

Please enter the details of each attendee when prompted, with their personal email address and mobile number, this is to facilitate quick checking of e-tickets on the day of attendance.

Do remember to use the TraceTogether Token or App when entering The Agape, and follow the instructions of our ushers at all times. Do plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before service begins.

Important Notes:

1. Your registration is confirmed upon receipt of the e-ticket via the email address entered. Please display your e-ticket to the ushers on arrival.

2. Should you not be able to attend, kindly cancel your ticket at the earliest opportunity, to allow for others to attend.
