Frequently asked questions

Will there be parking coupons provided?

Yes, however the numbers are limited on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Will there be refunds if I cannot make it after buying the ticket?

No refunds will be given. However you may transfer the ticket to someone else, and inform the organizers. However, the dietary preference of the ticket purchaser cannot be changed.

What happens if I didn't bring my physical ticket?

You can show us a copy of your digital ticket. Admission will only be granted upon presentation of printed or electronic copy tickets.

Can I choose the table I sit at?

We will contact you with your seat assignment before the event. If you have dietary preferences you may be assigned to a specific table or seat. Please check at the registration counter at the day of the event for more information.

Can I bring my children?

Please note that there is no free entry for children. Each adult or child will require a ticket. Ie. If you are coming with your spouse and 2 children, please purchase 4 tickets.
