In a world that often rewards predictability and conventional choices, many find themselves trapped in the cycle of “what’s expected.” But what if there was another way? What if, like switching between open tabs on a screen, we could explore the many possibilities that life offers—each one representing a different choice, a bold decision, or an unconventional path?

alt + tab is a Playback Theatre experience designed for youth aged 20 to 30—a time of discovery, questioning, and redefining one’s place in the world. Through the power of improvisation and shared storytelling, we invite you to join us in taking a leap into the unknown.

#4 [Nature Walk]- 🎟 $8 per ticket.

First Session: 9am-10am
Second Session: 10.30am-11.30am

"Introductory Nature Therapy"

Forest therapy is an intentional practice to slow down in nature and connect with nature in a heartfelt manner. Participants are guided in a process that slows down the mind, engages the senses, and activates a connection with nature through different activities. By bathing in the natural elements of sunlight, fresh air, bird songs, beneficial microbes and phytoncides emitted by the trees, the human body will receive the nutrients needed for its restoration functions. It is scientifically proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and blood pressure while improving mood, sleep, mental clarity and immunity. It follows a heart-led and relational approach that aims to place humans back in the web of life, relate to nature beings as family and remember its interconnectedness and interdependence with all life.
