Life in Singapore moves fast—work demands, relationships, family expectations, and the constant need to “keep up” can be overwhelming. Theme Circle offers a safe, supportive, and guided group therapy space for working adults (ages 18–50) to pause, reflect, and share openly without judgment.
Across 12 monthly sessions, each circle will focus on a theme that working adults commonly struggle with. Guided by SAC Clinical Counsellor, you’ll engage in meaningful conversations, structured activities, and learn practical coping strategies to apply in everyday life.
This isn’t a lecture—it’s a circle of support where your voice matters.
What to Expect✅ Small group size (4–6 participants) for depth and connection✅ Confidential, respectful, and non-judgmental environment✅ Evidence-based facilitation (counselling & psychology-informed)✅ Practical takeaways for everyday challenges✅ Community of like-minded peers walking the same journey
