Life in Singapore moves fast—work demands, relationships, family expectations, and the constant need to “keep up” can be overwhelming. Theme Circle offers a safe, supportive, and guided group therapy space for working adults (ages 18–50) to pause, reflect, and share openly without judgment.
Across 12 monthly sessions, each circle will focus on a theme that working adults commonly struggle with. Guided by senior counsellor & behaviour therapist, you’ll engage in meaningful conversations, structured activities, and learn practical coping strategies to apply in everyday life.
This isn’t a lecture—it’s a circle of support where your voice matters.
What to Expect✅ Small group size (4–6 participants) for depth and connection✅ Confidential, respectful, and non-judgmental environment✅ Evidence-based facilitation (counselling & psychology-informed)✅ Practical takeaways for everyday challenges✅ Community of like-minded peers walking the same journey
