About this event

An Evening at The ART

An Evening at The ART is a dining event held quarterly featuring different themes and cuisines partnering with Chefs from well-known establishments. This is an excellent training opportunity to expand the training scope of APS culinary and hospitality students to elevate their skills and develop their confidence in a larger and professional setting.

You can expect a repertoire of gastronomic sensory dining experiences at An Evening at The ART. Pricing for the event is at $50 nett per person.

RE&S Collaboration

The Assumption Pathway School (APS) culinary and hospitality team of students and chefs are excited to collaborate with RE&S culinary team in the second instalment of the year 2024 for An Evening at The ART series. They are a leading regional food service company delivering over 20 innovative Japanese dining concepts since 1988 from fine dining to casual restaurants to convenience concepts.Their brand of restaurants include Kuriya Dining, Ichiban Boshi, Yakiniku-GO and Mister Donut.

We are delighted to have RE&S Quality Assurance team helm The ART Kitchen on Saturday, 18 May 2024 dinner event with a five-course menu offering fresh seasonal ingredients with a modern twist such as Truffle Teriyaki Salmon, Yuzu Miso Chicken and more.

RE&S Quality Assurance Team

Bringing with them a wealth of experience, our Quality Assurance Team has developed a deep appreciation for Japanese cuisine since their journey with RE&S.

All of them rose through the ranks and have been appointed as Quality Assurance Trainers due to their outstanding work performance and commitment to nurturing the employees.

They are a group of trainers who believe in experiential learning. They actively engage and empower learners to hone their skills and unleash their potential to the fullest.

The Menu

From the decadent Truffle Teriyaki Salmon to the delightful Hiyashi Chawamushi, savor fresh seasonal ingredients harmonizing delicate flavors with a modern twist.

The ART Restaurant

A dedicated in-house restaurant of Assumption Pathway School called The ART offers real-work training for hospitality and culinary students to hone their F&B and service skills.

The ART restaurant operates during school terms and offers Daily Breakfast, A La Carte or Set Menu Lunch with different themes each term to expose students in different cuisines. Every last Friday of the month, the school offers our signature Teochew Porridge Buffet or curated thematic cuisines to let the students practice their culinary skills to cater to the public.

The ART restaurant is not halal certified but the food served do not use pork or lard.

Set on top of the hill amidst lush surrounding and adorned with APS students stunning artworks, Assumption Restaurant for Training (ART) serves as the canvas for our Culinary and Hospitality Assumption Pathway Academy (APA) students, providing an authentic working environment to showcase and refine their F&B knowledge and skills.
