Join us for a captivating evening at The ART, this distinctive culinary event draws inspiration from the narratives of Assumption Pathway School(APS) student artists whose works were showcased at the National Gallery Singapore in August.

The Assumption Pathway School (APS) culinary and hospitality team of students and chefs are excited to collaborate with SATS Ltd and their culinary team in the final instalment of the year 2025 for An Evening at The ART series. SATS have been great supporters in the past series of An Evening at The ART imparting the fine art of cooking to our students.

The evening will be helmed by Executive Sous Chef Johnson Goh together with Executive Sous Chef Darren Chin, Executive Sous Chef Desmond Biswas and Sous Chef Michael Rahardjo. They who recently claimed the Overall Champion title at the Salon Culinaire Competition in Jakarta (July 2025), competing against 10 regional teams under the theme “Contemporary Singapore.” The menu presented for the evening's event is the very one that earned them this prestigious recognition.

The chosen APS student artworks were thoughtfully paired with each course, harmonising in theme and spirit. Together, the 4-course menu and the artworks tell vibrant, emotional stories of aspirations, identity, and the future.
