About the Session


In today’s busy world, our minds and bodies are often pulled in many directions. This two-hour session invites you to pause, reconnect, and return to balance. Guided by simple yet profound practices, we will explore ways to cultivate awareness and presence within ourselves and with others.

The evening will be divided into two parts:


Mindfulness of the Mind

  • Exploring best self embodiment
  • Becoming aware of thoughts, emotions, and patterns
  • Practices to nurture presence in the moment and self-compassion


Mindfulness of the Body

  • Gentle mindful breathing techniques
  • Guided physical movement to release tension
  • Simple exercises to reawaken vitality and ease


Who Is This For?

This session is open to all ages and all walks of life. Whether you are completely new to mindfulness or already have experience, you are warmly welcome. No special equipment is required - just wear something comfortable.

Meet Nicole

Founder of beyoga



Nicole’s yoga journey began in 2013, when she discovered the transformative balance of strength, mindfulness, and inner peace. What started as curiosity soon grew into a lifelong passion.

Over the years, she has deepened her practice through continuous learning, exploring various styles with a focus on prenatal yoga, mindful breathing, and conscious movement.

Nicole emphasises proper alignment and intentional movement, guiding her students to experience yoga as a holistic practice that nurtures both body and mind. For her, yoga is a path of growth, mindfulness, and self-love - one she shares wholeheartedly with her community.
