This workshop will be conducted over the following days :

DAY 1 - 23 Aug 2025 (Sat) @ 1300 to 1700hrs

DAY 2 - 24 Aug 2025 (Sun) @ 1000 to 1700hrs

Specially designed to help one understand, on the use of Reiki for yourself and for your animal pet.

This is the foundation course to activate the Reiki flow through your hands. It is an ideal way for you to begin your journey to wellness. It can also be used to complement other forms of healing &/or treatment for yourself and your animal pet.

Reiki may accelerate ones natural ability to heal, balance the mind and body, calm emotions, stimulate spiritual equilibrium, relieve stress and tension, support and catalyse change.

At THE 1 SPACE, we teach the Traditional Usui Reiki which requires no religious beliefs or spiritual background. This will be a hands-on workshop with practicals, sharings, and discussions. You will be able to explore and experience Reiki for yourself.

After this workshop, you will be able to Reiki for life. You will have with you, this simple and easy tool to use always, to support yourself and your animal pet for better health and well-being!

PRE-EVENT PREPARATIONS TO NOTE

  • if you have the tendency to feel cold, please bring something to keep warm
  • prepare and bring your own water for hydration
  • wear clothing that is comfortable and ideal for sitting on the floor and lying down on yoga mats
  • you may choose to bring a towel to place on the yoga mats if preferred
  • event will start on time; to avoid interruption to the session, late comers will not be admitted
