Life moves fast—but the deepest part of you is already still.
In Anytime Anywhere Meditation, you’ll learn simple, practical ways to reconnect with your mind’s true home—its natural qualities of awareness, love and compassion, and wisdom. These qualities are already within you, perfect and complete. Through short, adaptable meditations, you’ll discover how to return to them anytime, anywhere—at home, at work, or even in the middle of a busy day. No rituals, no special gear—just tools to help you live with more calm, clarity, and joy.
What You’ll Experience
Over the two half-days, you will:
- Learn short, adaptable meditations for real-life situations—whether you’re seated, walking, or in the middle of a busy day
- Be inspired by short, joyful video teachings from Mingyur Rinpoche, a world-renowned meditation teacher celebrated for his down-to-earth style (Buddhist background, but presented here in a fully non-religious, practical way)
- Build your own Personal Meditation Toolkit so you can carry calm and clarity with you wherever you go
- Discover how to make meditation a natural part of your life
