Engineering Good is a Singapore based charity that works to empower disadvantaged communities by improving their quality of life through sustainable engineering solutions. We run programmes supporting two key groups, persons with disabilities through Assistive Technology and low income households through digital inclusion initiatives.

Over the course of the Tech For Good innovation period, we have lined up many exciting workshops to equip innovators with the skills and knowledge needed for their team to succeed! The workshops are also open to public.

Mobile development is an exciting field for many—it’s the possibility of being able to build something that can be used on their own phones (or on their friends’ and families’).Learning Outcomes:<ul><li>Read and write basic block-based code </li><li>Understand and implement fundamental computational thinking concepts such as variables, loops, and conditionals</li><li>Create prototypes with Thunkable that can be deployed onto mobile devices</li></ul>This event is open to youths aged 15 - 25 years old. We run Tinkercademy, where we teach coding and digital making to students of all ages, in a wide variety of fields such as micro:bit, iOS, Python, Arduino, Node, cyber-security, Unity, and more.
