What brands do you accept?
Bags: We are currently accepting the following brands: Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Celine, Chanel, Chloe, Dior, Fendi, Givenchy, Goyard, Gucci, JW Anderson, Loewe, Marni, Off-White, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Saint Laurent, Salvatore Ferragamo, Valentino.
Apparel: We accept a wide range of brands, however we do not accept high street brands (such as Zara, H&M and Love Bonito).
When will I know if my item has been accepted?
Our experts will evaluate and authenticate your items, and send you a quote in the next 5-7 working days.
What happens if my item is rejected?
Bags: Your bag will be delivered back to you for free, or you can pick up at our Showroom (by appointment only)Apparel: You will simply be able to take back your item at our Showroom (by appointment only). Alternatively, we will happily donate to The Salvation Army on your behalf!
