Are Generational Differences Real?
Event Information
About this Event
I suspect that you may have encountered such terms as the Traditionalists or Silent Generation, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials or Gen Y, Generation Z or iGen or Centennials, have you not? With these identifications, questions arise about understanding and managing the differences; be they in the workplace between management and staffs, as well as at home between parents, children and family members. Some insist that the differences are real, yet many declare that generations don’t exist and that they are a myth perpetuated by the media.
- What are the different generations?
- What are the perceived differences?
- How do I deal with people of different generations in the workplace?
Would you like to move away from the popular narratives and move into understanding how we can work together in understanding each other?
