Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. Am I able to register more than once?

Yes, you are able to do multiple registrations using the same email address or Eventbrite account. However, do remember to cancel the tickets that will not be used early so we can offer to those on the waitlist.

Q2. Can I choose/reserve where to sit in the sanctuary when I arrive?

As seating is on a “first come, first serve” basis, no reservations and choosing of seats will be allowed.

Q3. Do I have to register my child/children?

Yes. Every child including babies has to be registered. Please select a CHILD ticket for children aged 12 and below. If the child is above 12 years old, an ADULT ticket will be required. If your child is 7 years old and above, your child is required to bring his/her token. Group check-in for children 7 years old and above is not allowed.

Q4. Can I be denied entry on my day of attendance?

You will be denied entry if:-

a) You are not vaccinated. According the MOH's guidelines, an individual is considered vaccinated if he/ she has been:

• fully vaccinated, i.e. has received the full regimen of Pfizer BioNTech/Comirnaty, Moderna or WHO EUL vaccines, with an additional two weeks for the vaccine to be fully effective,
• recovered from COVID-19, or
• has obtained a negative result on a pre- event test taken in the past 24 hours before the expected end of the event.

b) You do not have the TraceTogether App installed in your mobile device or you do not have the TraceTogether token.

Q5. Are there arrangements for family group seatings?

Families who wish to sit in the same zone must check-in at the same time upon arrival.

Q6. What is the maximum number of worshippers to sit together in the zone?

Based on the prevailing guidelines by MOH, the maximum number is 5 worshippers in a group. Do remember that there should NOT be intermingling between groups.

Q7. Can I bring my children to the services?

Yes, you can bring your children to the services. Based on the prevailing guidelines by MOH, the number of children is limited to 20% of adults in the service. If your child is 7 years old and above, your child is required to bring his/her token. Group check-in for children 7 years old and above is not allowed.

Q8. Is there any Children's Church program during the service?

No. There is no Children's Church program. Your children will be attending the service with you and will not be permitted to go elsewhere in the church building.

Q9. Can I use the lift to get to the sanctuary?

Yes. Please indicate your need for the lift service during registration.

Q10. What are the check-in timings for the services?

Check-in times start 30 minutes before each service.

Q11. I was tested COVID-positive previously but I have since recovered. Can I attend the service?

If you were previously tested COVID-positive, your Trace Together app must reflect "CLEARED" before you can join the service.

Q12. Is the Cry Room/Crèche opened?

No, due to prevailing safe distancing measures, CryRoom/Crèche is closed and not available for parents with children.
