Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. Am I able to register more than once?

A1. Yes. Please register as per normal.

Q2. Can I choose/reserve where to sit in the sanctuary when I arrive?

A2. As seating is “first come, first serve”, no reservations and choosing of seats will be allowed.

Q3. Are there arrangements for family group seatings?

A3. Families who wish to sit in the same zone must check-in at the same time upon arrival.

Q4. What is the maximum number of worshippers to sit together in the zone?

A4. Following the authorities’ stipulation, the maximum number is 5 worshippers in a group.

Q5. Can I bring my children to the services?

A5. Yes, you can bring your children to the services.

Q6. Do I have to register my child/children?

A6. Yes. Every child including babies has to be registered.

Q7. Is there any Children Church program during the service?

A7. No. There is no Children Church program except through Zoom. Your children will be attending the service with you and will not be permitted to go elsewhere in the church building.

Q8. Can I use the lift to get to the sanctuary?

A8. Yes. Please indicate your need for the lift service during registration.

Q9. What are the check-in timings for the services?

A9. Check-in times start 30 minutes before each service.

Q10. Can I be denied entry on my day of attendance?

A10. You will be denied entry if you do not meet safe entry requirements as stipulated.
