Feeling unsure about your goals for 2025? Or maybe you know what you want, but something’s holding you back. This 1-on-1 session offers a creative way to explore where and how you want to go.

Use therapeutic cards, like metaphorical cards, to reflect on images that resonate with you. These cards often act as mirrors, helping you connect with your values, emotions, and inner wisdom in ways that words alone can’t always reach.

Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, uncover insights that arise from within, and identify simple, meaningful steps to move forward.

You’ll finish by creating your own therapeutic card - a visual reminder of your goals, intentions, or next steps that you can revisit whenever you need clarity or encouragement.

No art skill needed, just a desire to change and get unstuck.

  • This session is intended for individuals who are not currently engaged in therapy with us as this is offered as a standalone reflective experience. If you are an existing client, feel free to reach out to discuss how similar creative approaches can be included within your ongoing sessions.

This is a therapeutic process guided by a credentialed art therapist. While it’s grounded in therapeutic principles, it’s not a substitute for ongoing psychotherapy, treatment, or counselling of any kind.

What if I have no goals at all?

That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have clear goals to benefit from this session. Sometimes, feeling stuck or uncertain is the best place to start. The process can help you explore what matters to you right now and gently uncover what you might want moving forward without expectations.

Do you interpret/ read my artwork?

No, the meaning comes from you. The art therapist guides you with questions and reflections so you can discover what feels true for you.
