Take your Pastel Nagomi Art to the next level by learning how to design and create your own stencils! This hands-on workshop is perfect for those who want to personalise their artwork and explore new creative possibilities.

💻 Important Note:

Laptops, chargers and mouse are NOT provided.
Please bring your own laptop, charger and mouse to every session.
You’ll also need to install the free software Inkscape before the course begins:

🖌️ What You’ll Learn:

Stencil-making is a key part of Pastel Nagomi Art. In this course, you’ll learn how to:

• Use Inkscape to design and create up to three custom stencils
• Break down images into stencil-ready designs
• Transform personal photos or drawings into beautiful, expressive PNA artworks

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

• Confidently use Inkscape to create your own stencils
• Express your creativity through personalised stencil designs
• Convert images into stencils suitable for Pastel Nagomi Art

COURSE FEE:

$22 for seniors eligible for National Silver Academy (NSA) subsidy

National Silver Academy

• NSA subsidy is for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged 50 and above.

SkillsFuture Credit

• In addition to NSA subsidy, course fee may be offset by SkillsFuture Credit (SFC).
• All tickets purchased with the intent to use SkillsFuture Credit to offset the course fee will be subject to a non-refundable $20 administrative fee.

Notes:

• There are NO make-ups if you miss any of the art sessions.
• Missing a session does not disqualify you from taking part in the course - the trainer is not obligated to recap what was missed.
• Brahm Centre reserves the right to replan the course should the trainer be unable to conduct the class due to unforeseen circumstances.

HOW? Do I begin the process of using my SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) to pay for course fees:

Step 1 (on Skillsfuture Website): Check your SkillsFuture credit balance.

Log into your SkillsFuture Portal to confirm you have sufficient SkillsFuture Credit balance (Take note: $4K SkillsFuture Career Transition Credits CANNOT be used for Brahm Centre courses).

Step 2 (on Eventbrite Website): Securing your ticket.

On Eventbrite, search for the course you are interested in.

Step 3 (on Eventbrite Website): Select correct ticket type & complete registration.

Select the intended Ticket Type (either NSA+SkillsFuture or Individual+SkillsFuture) and complete your registration. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing information about the course.

Save/Screenshot the confirmation. (you will use this in the following steps)

Step 4 (on Skillsfuture Website): Submit your SkillsFuture claim.

Go back to the SkillsFuture Portal to submit a claim under 'E-Services'.

Please submit your SkillsFuture credit claim 60 days BEFORE the course commencement, for it to be valid. Deadline to submit SFC Claim is one week prior to course commencement.

Step 5 (on Skillsfuture Website):

If your SFC submission was completed successfully, the status of your submission would reflect as "PENDING".

Your registration is confirmed after your SkillsFuture claim status reflect as "APPROVED".

*Should you choose to cancel your SFC claim before the start date, Brahm Centre reserves the right to impose a penalty fee for course withdrawal.
