Art Jamming Workshop with Animal Figurines

Get ready to create cherished memories this Mother's Day! In conjunction with this special occasion, join us for an unforgettable Art Jamming Workshop with our newly launched iconic animal figurines at Bird Paradise Learning Centre (BPLC)!

Mandai Wildlife Group has team up with collectibles producer, XM Studios, to launch a series of collectible figurines, featuring six beloved animals from the Singapore Zoo.

Through adorable animal figurines, we aim to connect people with wildlife via art pieces in raising awareness and support for wildlife conservation efforts in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The 1.5 hours workshop will take place only on 18 May 2024, Saturday (10am and 1pm).

The team from "Our Art Studio" will bring the joy of art to you through their sharing and expertise. Learn how to paint a 3D figurine, let your creative juices flow and unleash your potential with a play of colors! What’s more, you get to bring home your very own painted animal figurine~ (valued at $39).

The art jamming workshop promises you loads of fun and bonding time with your accompanied companion*! All art and paint materials are provided at the workshop.

Bird Paradise Learning Centre (BPLC) is located directly beside the entrance of Bird Paradise (next to Bird Paradise Membership Centre). Tickets to Bird Paradise is not required to attend this Art Jamming Workshop.

Upon successsful payment, an email will be sent to you 1 week before the event, providing you with the adminstrative details.

Terms & Conditions

The purchase of tickets to this Art Jamming Workshop (the “Workshop”) organised by Our Art Studio (the “Organiser”) on behalf of Singapore Zoological Gardens (“MWG”), is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. This Workshop is open for registration to all individuals using Eventbrite’s platform who hold MWG’s (a) Friends of Wildlife Plus (Individual (Adult) / Family) membership, (b) Friends of Wildlife (Individual (Adult) / Family) membership and (c) WildPass holders & subscribers

2. The recommended age to participate in the Workshop is 6 years and above.

3. Your slot for the Workshop will only be confirmed upon successful payment of the Workshop’s fee and availability is on a first-come-first-served basis. Registration for the Workshop will be closed once all the slots for the Workshop are fully reserved.

4. MWG reserves the right to refuse the entry of any participant to the Workshop, including but not limited to unsafe, unruly or undesirable behaviour.​

5. MWG reserve the right to alter, postpone, or cancel the Workshop at any time at its sole and absolute discretion and without any prior notice to you and without any refund of any or all fees paid for the Workshop, including Eventbrite’s booking fees.

6. By attending the Workshop, participants acknowledge that they may be, and are deemed to have given their consent to be photographed, filmed, videoed, or otherwise captured in image form, by MWG or any of its authorised representatives, for marketing and publicity purposes in print, electronic and social media.

7. By attending the Workshop, you agree that all intellectual property rights (“IPR”) in the artworks you create (including images or videos of the artworks) during the Workshop shall vest in and be the absolute property of MWG. You warrant that you have the authority to transfer or assign all IPR to MWG, or otherwise vest such IPR in MWG. All IPR capable of vesting in accordance with this Clause 7 without the need for any transfer or assignment to be executed by the person generating the same shall vest in MWG by virtue of this Clause 7 along without the need for any transfer or assignment. All IPR incapable of vesting in accordance with this Clause 7 without the need for a transfer or assignment to be executed by the person generating the same, shall be arranged by you to be vested in MWG. Subject to the provisions herein, you shall not disclose, release or sell to any persons or otherwise deal with the IPR in any manner whatsoever without MWG’s prior written consent.

8. All fees paid for the Workshop, including Eventbrite’s booking fees, are strictly non-refundable.

9. The tickets for the Workshop are non-transferable, not exchangeable, and not for resale under any circumstances.

10. All tickets for the Workshop will be considered void if they have been altered or duplicated.

11. You acknowledge that MWG has engaged the Organiser to plan, organise and run the Workshop and that the Organiser is solely responsible for the Worshop although MWG may assist the Organiser in certain aspects of the Workshop. MWG assumes no responsibility and will not be held liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, delay, mishap, or damage to persons or property arising from any cause during the course of the Workshop or in transit thereto, by any participant of the Workshop or as a result of participating in the Workshop.​

12. Save to the extent permitted by law, the Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MWG and/or the MWG’s related corporations (as defined in Section 6 of the Companies Act 1967) (including parent companies), directors, officers, employees, agents or contractors (the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against all claims, demands, actions, judgments, damages, losses, costs, expenses, penalties and liabilities of any nature which MWG and/or the Indemnified Parties may suffer or incur for any death, injury, accidents, loss, or damage caused by any negligence, act or omission arising from or in connection with the participant’s participation in the Workshop.

13. MWG reserves the right the right to amend, vary and/or modify these terms and conditions, and/or the Workshop, at its sole and absolute discretion, at any time and without prior notice.

14. Any provision in these terms and conditions which is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason by any court, governmental department, body or tribunal, or in any applicable jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability and will not invalidate or render unenforceable the remaining unaffected provisions hereof and should any provision be held invalid or unenforceable in an applicable jurisdiction such provision shall not be invalidated or rendered unenforceable in any other jurisdiction.

15. By registering for the Workshop, you hereby agree to MWG’s Personal Data Protection Policy (found at https://www.mandai.com/en/saving-wildlife/our-policies/data-protection.html).

16. MWG’s decision on all matters relating to the Workshop and/or arising from these terms and conditions shall be final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.

17. Unless otherwise mentioned herein, these terms and conditions are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001.

18. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Singapore and the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction in any case of dispute.

19. For the avoidance of doubt, by entering MWG’s public and ticketed areas, you are subject to MWG’s Park Tickets Terms and Conditions (found at https://www.mandai.com/en/park-terms.html), which is also displayed at the entrances of the Parks. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions hereof and our Park Tickets Terms and Conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

20. By accessing and using Eventbrite’s platform to sign up for this Workshop, you signify that you have read and agree to Eventbrite’s policy and Terms of Service.
