I searched for a spiritual meaning in my existence, a deeper meaning in life and an identity on this Earth during my ups and downs of journey in life. I often wondered why did I come down to Earth? Is there more to life than this shell that we live in? The search led me to the practice of breath meditation, Rebirthing Breathwork, Vipassana meditation, Kundalini Yoga and many more. I was happier with these practices, yet something was still missing.

In 2017, I finally mustered enough courage to leave my stable engineering job to search for “myself”, I travelled alone for a year and landed myself in a Gauḍīya Vaiṣṇava temple. Through living as Bhakti Yogi’s Brahmacharini (nun) in the temple’s ashram, I finally found myself and understood the true meaning of life and found my own identity. I found my relationship with the creator. I am now a practising Vaiṣṇavi.

Just as I wish someone had taught me techniques for having more grit in life, self-regulation or simply being more aware of my emotions both during childhood and adulthood, I aspire to help people of all ages learn more about themselves and equip everyone with the self-help techniques I have found useful in my own journey. I am also fluent in Chinese & Japanese Language.

Why I do what I do?

Growing up as an injury prone individual and having suffered from multiple injuries, I have experience managing injuries and pain through my own practices. I am an alignment-focused Yoga Instructor and Reiki Healer, equipped and mindful in providing variations and modifications for all body types during asana practices. Looking forward to practice with you all.
