- Cooking black glutinous rice to the right consistency

- Achieving a balance between chewy and creamy

Taro Mochi Popsicle
- Preparing smooth taro paste with natural flavor
- Combining taro base with chewy elements evenly


- Professional moulding, freezing, and unmoulding techniques for clean, beautiful popsicles
