Pandan Gula Melaka Popsicle
- Extracting and using pandan for natural aroma and color
- Cooking gula melaka syrup for depth and caramel notes
- Balancing sweetness with coconut milk richness

Cempedak Popsicle
- Handling cempedak and managing its strong aroma
- Creating a smooth fruit base while preserving flavor

Soy Bean Black Sesame Popsicle
- Preparing fresh soy milk for a clean base
- Making black sesame paste for intense nutty flavor
- Balancing bitterness and sweetness
- Combining two components for a harmonious finish
