AsiaSim 2025

The AsiaSim conference is an international forum for disseminating recent advances in modeling, simulation and gaming. AsiaSim provides a meeting place for simulation researchers and practitioners in all disciplines in academic, industry, government sectors among others to share leading developments and advances in systems simulation.

The conference registration fees are shown below.

The registration fee covers admission to all conference sessions, the proceedings fee, reception, lunches, tea/coffee and conference banquet.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register under Full Registration by 25th September 2025 in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one paper only.

Please confirm your ticket types before purchases. Any refunds will incur platform charges, which are non-refundable and will be fully borne by the participant.

IMPORTANT: Once you have fulfilled the payment, please download the Registration Form and send the completed form to the registration@ssagsg.org, along with a copy of the invoice from your ticket purchase, to complete your registration.
