August Sharing Session A ~ (Grand)Parenting Today

U 3rd Age (University of the Third Age) is a community of seniors coming together to share learning experiences and social-cultural values. It organizes activities for seniors to achieve active ageing and have fun in later life learning. U 3rd Age also creates a platform to connect with younger generations by sharing life experiences, family values, and personal stories.

Having trouble connecting with your grandchildren? Not seeing eye-to-eye with your daughter-in-law? Or, would you like to have better relationships with your children?
Join us for an interactive panel discussion that will give you some tips and tricks on being a good parent and grandparent. Hear experiences in fostering relationships and intergenerational bonding first-hand from  our panelists and participants, and pick up useful ideas to help you navigate your own relationships. 
Moderator : Eleanor Yap Editor and Founder of 4 informative websites - Ageless Online, Ageless Voice, Time Traveller and FaceUp. She is also an advocate for seniors and occasionally brings seniors into schools to share about ageing and to debunk stereotypes. She is also a freelance writer and writes about the community, health and seniors, and she holds writing workshops.
