Overview

Welcome the Year of the Horse with Art, Intention & Joy at Circular Fashion Hub

Celebrate Chinese New Year 2026 with a creative and mindful art experience! Join us for a special Chinese New Year Art Workshop, where tradition meets creativity in a calm and joyful setting.

In this 2-hr hands-on session, you’ll learn how to fold festive origami red packets (ang bao) and draw mindful, flowing patterns inspired by the spirit of the Year of the Horse—symbolising movement, vitality, freedom, and positive momentum. Through guided steps, we’ll explore simple folding techniques and motif pattern drawing that encourage focus, relaxation, and personal expression.

Whether you’re welcoming new beginnings, setting intentions for the year ahead, or simply enjoying a meaningful cultural activity, this workshop offers a beautiful way to slow down and connect—with art, tradition, and yourself.

What to expect:

  • Step-by-step guidance on folding origami money envelopes
  • Mindful pattern drawing inspired by the Chinese Lunar New Year
