Chelsea Chen has been actively contributing to the automotive cybersecurity industry for over a decade. Currently serving as the Senior Business Development Manager at VicOne, a subsidiary of Trend Micro, Chelsea plays a vital role in advancing the mission of securing the software-defined vehicle.With over a decade of experience in enterprise cybersecurity and connected mobility, Chelsea is responsible for establishing strategic collaborations with OEM, Tier 1 suppliers, and regulatory authorities throughout APAC and the Middle East. Chelsea is actively involved in assisting the automobile industry in meeting international cybersecurity standards such as ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE R155/R156, as well as leading stakeholders through the development of robust cybersecurity roadmaps.

Chelsea has expertise in product planning, customer engagement and implementing critical cybersecurity tools such as intrusion detection system and vulnerability management. She is a trusted specialist in connected vehicle security with a strong background in technology and business.

Jay Yaneza

Cybersecurity architect, VicOne

Jay Yaneza is seasoned cybersecurity professional with over 20 years at Trend Micro, where he held a range of technical and leadership roles in cyber-threat research, SOC operations and managed service development. Jay has been at the forefront of complex security solution design particularly in extended detection and response (XDR), computer networks and hybrid cloud environments.

Now serving as a Cybersecurity Architect at VicOne, Jay is bringing his deep expertise and passion for innovation to the automotive industry. He plays a leading role in shaping the product vision and architecture for xNexus, a Smart XDR platform for Vehicle Security Operation Centers (VSOCs), and xAurient, VicOne’s Automotive Threat Intelligence Platform.

Jay’s focus lies in transforming the future of connected mobility through advanced, scalable cybersecurity solutions. His ongoing mission is to deliver intelligent systems that empower vehicle manufacturers and suppliers to detect, respond and stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.

Luffy Lu

Cybersecurity Architect, VicOne

Luffy Lu is an accomplished cybersecurity architect with over two decades of experience in software development and cybersecurity innovation. Currently serving at VicOne, a subsidiary of Trend Micro, Luffy provides expert consulting for the automotive industry specializing in threat analysis, security architecture design, regulatory compliance, and secure software lifecycle management for Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs), including technologies like over-the-air (OTA) updates.

Since joining Trend Micro in 2004, Luffy has led development efforts on critical projects such as PC-cillin and contributed to a wide range of cybersecurity solutions, from endpoint technologies to SaaS infrastructure. His technical expertise spans embedded Linux, mobile platforms (iOS/Android), desktop environments (Windows/Mac), browser extensions, and cloud-based services.

At VicOne, Luffy acts as a key technical liaison across customers, automotive alliance groups, sales, and engineering teams ensuring that advanced cybersecurity solutions meet the complex needs of modern vehicles and Tier IV suppliers. For the past three years, his focus has been on SDV cybersecurity, where he is helping to drive innovation and bridge critical gaps in vehicle software protection and regulatory alignment.
