A VOICE TO BE HEARD campaign of Walk with Me Against Stigma (WWMAS), champions the cause of anti-stigma advocacy and awareness creation, aims to foster a society free from stigma. (especially for persons with mental health challenges and substance addiction.)

*Important Notes*

•⁠ ⁠Each registration admits 1 Adult Only

•⁠ ⁠Attire: Tees/Tops of any shade of BLUE

•⁠ ⁠Look out for AV2BH Official (with lanyard)

*Mindfulness Walk Rules*:

1. Embark on a unique therapeutic mindfulness walk, carefully crafted to reconnect us with nature and tranquillity.

2. Immerse yourself mindfully, paying intentional attention to each step and breath you take.

3. Engage your senses fully, savouring the surrounding sights, sounds, and sensations, bringing calmness to mind.

4. ⁠Walk in Silence.

5. No USAGE of Mobile/Electronic Devices during the walk.

*Things To Bring*:

•⁠ ⁠At least 750ml of water

•⁠ ⁠Umbrella or Raincoat

•⁠ ⁠Hat
