This is a practical and sensory-based workshop, where you’ll be guided to:
- Reflect on how much your aspirations may have faded
- Explore the degree of constrained-aspirations, has affected clarity, decisions, health, and natural desires to seek fulfillment
- Recognize what internal shift may be needed to stop living within unnecessary constraints
- Pause in a supportive space where clarity emerge and hope AWAKEN, naturally & gradually — without pressure or fixing the disconnection immediately
- Experience a facilitated meditation using the wisdom of essential oils that soften inner strain and restore your aspirations.
