About this event

WHAT?

This event is for youth aged 18 to 30 years old.

Balancing Life, Ambition and Wellbeing

Are you sometimes feeling out of place or overwhelmed at work?

In a world that glorifies hustle and constant achievement, we will explore the delicate dance between pursuing big dreams and maintaining personal well-being.

The drive to succeed can often come at the expense of our health, relationships, and personal fulfillment. This workshop aims to help you reflect on your priorities and equip you with some tools to avoid burning out or losing sight of what truly matters.

We will explore setting boundaries, redefining success, managing time and energy, and cultivating a mindset that supports both achievement and well-being.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by your aspirations or simply seeking more harmony in your life, this session will help you set the foundation to strive without losing yourself in the process.

This workshop is part of Brahm Centre’s youth initiative at grovve, aimed at empowering young individuals to navigate challenges and build a healthier, more supportive community.
