At the same time, learn how to achieve beautiful animal shaped designs with expert guidance.

Learning Objectives:

1. Discover techniques involved in preparing a French meringue macaron.

2. Apply and achieve desired colours based on theme

3. Produce macarons in desired shape according to theme

4. Prepare meringue based buttercream in 2 flavours: Yuzu and Raspberry (Demonstration)

5. Assembly and filling of macarons

Terms

1. Participants will work on individual portions

2. Each person will have approximately 15 completed macarons

3. Buttercream fillings will be demonstrated (Raspberry and Yuzu)

4. Participants are expected to arrive 10 minutes before the start of class.

5. Payment is non-refundable once attendance is confirmed

6. Class will commence punctually
